Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 20 g butter
- some flour
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 6 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan and make a roux with the flour. Deglaze with the cream and stir well. Add the dill and simmer for about 5 minutes. The eggs can be soft-boiled for about 5 minutes. This dish is delicious with boiled potatoes and a lightly dressed leaf salad.
