Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, peeled and weighed
- 300 g pointed peppers, yellow
- 150 g onion(s), peeled and weighed
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Parsley, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Potato, onion and pepper pan
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Halve and slice the peeled potatoes, add them to the pan, and fry. Peel the onion and garlic, finely dice or slice them, and add them to the potatoes. Quarter the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and dice them. Add them to the pan and mix everything together. Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes. After the time, season to taste, stir in the herbs, and serve.
