Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • Salt
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

low in calories but still a pleasure

Wash and peel the carrots, kohlrabi, potatoes, and zucchini, and slice them into thick wedges (like French fries). Season the vegetables in a bowl with oil, salt, and any other seasonings. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brown them on the top rack of a preheated oven at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. A delight as a snack or meal. Tip: If you like, you can dip the sticks in tzatziki.
