Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s)
  • lemon juice
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. marjoram
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • possibly white wine
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the fish and season with lemon juice. Season with paprika and pepper. Slice the onions into rings, season, and sauté them in a little white wine or water without fat for a few minutes. Place the onions in a casserole dish. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with salt and marjoram. Mix the cream cheese with a little water until smooth, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, spread it on the fish fillet, and bake the fish at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
