Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece(s) banana(s) (tiny piece)
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, crush the garlic, then blend all the ingredients together with a hand blender. Don’t prepare it too long before serving, as the cream will turn an unsightly gray, despite the lemon juice.
