Minced meat puff pastry corners

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some oil
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 sheets of puff pastry, square (frozen), halved diagonally
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, dice the onion, garlic, and carrot. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, then add the carrots and sauté. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and tomato paste. Once the minced meat is cooked through, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then add the yogurt, parsley, and cheese and stir in. Place 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of the minced meat mixture onto each corner of the puff pastry and fold over all sides (like a present). Brush the puff pastry with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
