Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • 4 salmon fillets, skinless, 200g each
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with maple syrup and soy sauce

In a bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, orange juice, and teriyaki sauce. Cover the salmon and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a baking sheet in a preheated oven to 220°C. Place the fish, skin-side down, on the baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. Season with pepper. Optional: sugar snap peas as garnish, limes, and Thai basil.
