Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g spaghetti (fork-sized)
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), sliced
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 clove(s) garlic, to taste
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the instructions and let it cool. To prevent it from sticking together, I add a little oil to the hot pasta and toss it all together. Finely dice the Gouda cheese, finely chop the chives, and add it to the pasta along with the crushed garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Perfect for grilling, vegetarian, and quick!
