Spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti, freshly cooked
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar tomato(s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 75 g arugula
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the cooked, still-warm spaghetti in a large bowl. Season to taste, drizzle with a little oil (not too much, as the sun-dried tomatoes will release some oil!), and add the Parmesan cheese. Chop the tomatoes, basil, and arugula and add to the salad. Mix everything well. Finally, adjust the seasoning and add more oil if desired.
