Raspberry coffee soft ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp jelly (raspberry coffee jelly), preferably homemade
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup
  • e.g. Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

simple and delicious

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the soft serve machine for 20 minutes. Simply melt-in-the-mouth!
