Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 200 ml whole milk, fresh
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 10 g sugar
  • 4 mint leaves, for decoration
  • 4 strawberries, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick drink for the summer

Cut the green parts off 100g of strawberries and place them in a blender. Squeeze the lime and squeeze the juice over the strawberries. Add the fresh whole milk, 8 mint leaves, and the sugar. Blend until no lumps remain. Pour the shake into 4 glasses. Decorate the glasses with the remaining strawberries, cutting a small slit in the bottom and placing the strawberry on the rim of the glass. Place the mint leaf next to the strawberry.
