Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • 75 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some ketchup
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

One pot, quick to make, but delicious – ideal for singles (and for children)

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside. Melt the goat’s cheese in the (now empty) pasta pot (regular cream cheese works too, but it won’t taste as spicy). Stir in the tomato paste thoroughly. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a little ketchup, if desired. Add the pasta and heat through. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
