Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 50 g ham, low-fat, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) lemon peel, untreated, grated
  • 1 pinch(s) of chili, possibly more
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

one pot, little time, but delicious – ideal for singles

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside. Gently heat oil or butter in the (now empty) pasta pot. Heat the ham cubes and rosemary more gently than simmering them. Season generously with lemon, chili, salt, and pepper. Return the pasta to the pot with the sauce, heat through again, and serve with Parmesan cheese.
