Melt the chocolate block in a double boiler. Open both avocados, place the flesh in a deep plate, and mash it very finely with a fork. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds and powdered sugar to the avocado mixture. Add the avocado puree to the melted chocolate and mix well with a whisk. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, use a teaspoon to scoop out small balls and shape them into small balls with your hands. Then roll them in cocoa or desiccated coconut. The chocolates taste best when well chilled. You can also roll the chocolates in various foods, such as powdered sugar, ground nuts, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, etc.
