Pasta with zucchini and dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g farfalle or other short pasta
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • n. B. olive oil, virgin
  • Salt and pepper, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the stems from the zucchini and rinse thoroughly. Grate into coarse sticks. Add the farfalle to boiling salted water and cook until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced onions. When they are slightly translucent, add the garlic and wait a moment, then add the zucchini sticks. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes. Season to taste and stir in the dill at the very end. Mix everything with the pasta and serve.
