Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tsp flavoring (peppermint flavor), up to 1.5 tsp
  • 1 drop of food coloring green or blue, up to 2 drops
  • 75 g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa content, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together the milk, cream, sugar, peppermint flavoring, and food coloring (optional) until the sugar is dissolved. Freeze in the ice cream maker. Just before the ice cream is ready, add the chocolate chips.
