Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g watermelon(s) (pulp)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 lime(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the watermelon pulp and lime juice, and puree with a hand blender. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator and then freeze in an ice cream maker.
