Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 225 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- ⅛ liter milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Loaf cake
Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter. Spread into a prepared loaf pan and bake at 175°C (top and bottom heat) for about 60 minutes (test with a toothpick!). Cover with chocolate glaze.
