Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, homemade or ready-made
- e.g. jam (strawberry or raspberry)
- 3 cups of cream
- 3 cream stiffener
- 2 vanilla sugar
- 3 cups of natural yogurt
- 1 can pineapple, chopped
- n. B. Desiccated coconut
- 10 scoops of confectionery (Raffaello)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
when things have to go quickly
Drain the pineapple. Spread some jam over the cake base. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the yogurt. Chop the pineapple and Raffaello and fold everything into the cream. Spread over the cake base. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, if desired.
