Chicken with Coconut Curry

- 2 Chicken breasts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry powder
- Cumin
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Yellow curry paste
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Lime
- Divide the chicken breasts, cut into slices, wash, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it, remove it and keep it warm.
- Sweat the curry powder and curry paste in the hot frying fat, deglaze with the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer a little with salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.
