Chicken with Coconut Curry

The perfect chicken with coconut curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow curry paste
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 Lime
  1. Divide the chicken breasts, cut into slices, wash, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it, remove it and keep it warm.
  3. Sweat the curry powder and curry paste in the hot frying fat, deglaze with the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer a little with salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.
