Ramen Soup

The perfect ramen soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 ml Soy sauce
  • 30 ml Sesame oil
  • 0,33 tsp Chili powder
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • Oil
  • 200 g Pork meat
  • 60 g Ramen noodles
  • Water hot
  • 300 ml Chicken broth
  • 30 g Chives
  • 50 g Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Tortillas
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  1. Bring the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder and lime juice to the boil in a saucepan while stirring.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork in it. When it has cooled, cut into slices.
  3. Pour hot water over the ramen noodles and let it steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Chop the chives, cut the tortilla into strips and fry, cut the peppers into strips.
  5. Put a few tablespoons of the soy stock in a bowl and fill up with the chicken stock. Put the pasta in the broth. Add the meat, chives, bell peppers, a handful of the fried tortilla and chilli pepper to the soup. Drizzle some soy stock over the deposits.
