Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 ¾ cups flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mineral water
- ½ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 jar of cherry(s), or 2 glasses

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mug cake
Combine all ingredients, except the cherries, in a bowl and mix. Pour the batter onto a square baking sheet and spread the drained cherries on top. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes. The amount of batter will vary depending on the cup size.
