Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 700 ml apple juice
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 7 large apples, (egBoskop)
  • 1 pack of cream
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. For the topping, cook the pudding with the apple juice. Cut the apples into small sticks and stir them into the still-hot pudding. Pour the mixture onto the base and bake the cake for 45-60 minutes at 180°C. Once cooled, whip the cream, pour it onto the cake, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
