Chocolate Quark Cream
The perfect chocolate quark cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Frozen raspberries
- 200 ml Cherry juice
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 3 tbsp Water
- 100 g Sugar
- 500 g Raspberry curd
- 4 piece Chocolate kisses
- 4 tbsp Chocolate muesli
- For the raspberry groats: put the raspberries and cherry juice in a saucepan and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add the sugar. Stir the starch with 3-4 tablespoons of cold water until smooth, stir in and bring to the boil. Groats in a bowl let cool down .
- Remove the waffle from the foam kisses and set aside. Add the foam kiss mixture to the quark and mash it lightly with a whisk. Put the mixture in the cold for about 10 minutes.
- Layer dessert bowls or glasses alternately with quark and grits. Garnish with 1 tablespoon each of chocolate granola and 1 foam kiss waffle each.
