Chocolate Quark Cream

The perfect chocolate quark cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Frozen raspberries
  • 200 ml Cherry juice
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Raspberry curd
  • 4 piece Chocolate kisses
  • 4 tbsp Chocolate muesli
  1. For the raspberry groats: put the raspberries and cherry juice in a saucepan and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add the sugar. Stir the starch with 3-4 tablespoons of cold water until smooth, stir in and bring to the boil. Groats in a bowl let cool down .
  2. Remove the waffle from the foam kisses and set aside. Add the foam kiss mixture to the quark and mash it lightly with a whisk. Put the mixture in the cold for about 10 minutes.
  3. Layer dessert bowls or glasses alternately with quark and grits. Garnish with 1 tablespoon each of chocolate granola and 1 foam kiss waffle each.
