spicy and extremely tasty

Strip the needles from the rosemary sprig and finely chop. Then vigorously mix with the lemon juice, honey, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Finely crumble the dried chili peppers and ginger (amount to taste) and season the marinade with chili, cayenne pepper, ginger, salt, and pepper to your desired spiciness. Brush all the chicken wings with the marinade and let stand for about 1 hour. I place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and then in the center of the oven (180 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes (depending on the size of the wings). Then place them on the second-to-last rack from the top (depending on the oven) with the grill on for a few more minutes to crisp them up.
