Duck greeko style

Chop the olives, pepperoni, and feta cheese into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Mix with the chopped garlic and parsley and the yogurt in the bowl. Season with pepper and herb salt to taste. Grill the duck breast on both sides and let it cook in indirect heat until it reaches the desired internal temperature. Grill the pita bread on both sides until crispy, then quarter it and spread it with some of the dip. Remove the duck breast from the grill and cut into small strips. Twist it slightly and place it on top of the pita bread. It’s perfect as finger food for guests or as a quick snack during a barbecue.
