Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tomatoes
- 200 g mushrooms
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
7 simple ingredients
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the hot vegetable broth. Cut the tomatoes into fairly small cubes and add them to the mushrooms. Bring everything to a boil. Stir in the tomato paste until the sauce thickens slightly (you may need a little more tomato paste). Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, simmer for a few minutes, then serve with pasta or rice.
