Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 150 g ham, finely diced
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 15 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry, roll each sheet slightly wider with a rolling pin. Cut each sheet into approximately two squares. Mix the ham, grated cheese, and sour cream. Place a small heap on each square, roll up from one corner, bend into a croissant, and place on baking paper. Beat one egg and brush the croissants with it. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
