Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 15 small jacket potatoes, possibly medium-sized
  • 15 slice(s) ham (bone ham), large slices
  • 2 cups of whipped cream (200 ml each)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • 1 pack of processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 pack of cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for guests as it is easy to prepare

Peel the cooked potatoes and wrap them in the ham. Place them tightly together in a greased casserole dish. Heat the cream and dissolve the cheese in it. Pour the cheese and cream sauce over the potatoes and refrigerate the casserole overnight to allow it to marinate. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until the top layer turns golden yellow. Serve with a mixed salad; children prefer it on its own.
