  • 2 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large leek(s)
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Heat the oil and margarine in a saucepan. Lightly brown the onions in the hot fat. Add the minced meat and fry while stirring. Add the trimmed and sliced ​​leek and continue stirring. Then add the mushrooms and their liquid. Stir in the tomato paste, mustard, salt, and pepper, and cook everything in a covered pan for about 20 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and season to taste. This dish is best served with rice.
