Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 2 medium-sized onions, diced
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large leek(s)
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

quick and easy, but still delicious
Heat the oil and margarine in a saucepan. Lightly brown the onions in the hot fat. Add the minced meat and fry while stirring. Add the trimmed and sliced leek and continue stirring. Then add the mushrooms and their liquid. Stir in the tomato paste, mustard, salt, and pepper, and cook everything in a covered pan for about 20 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and season to taste. This dish is best served with rice.
