Magic pudding

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar / sweetener
  • 1 candy(s), caramel candy (for flavoring)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • possibly fruit, ….
  • possibly juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

according to Karianne’s magic semolina recipe

First, pour some milk into a mug and bring the rest to a boil with the sugar and caramel candy, stirring continuously. Then pour the pudding mix into the mug with the milk, mix well, and then remove from the heat. Bring the mixture back to a boil, stirring constantly. When the pudding is ready, place the pot in a cold water bath and add the baking powder. Then mix it with a mixer on high for about 5 minutes – done! If you want to spice it up a bit, you can divide the cream into small bowls lined with plastic wrap, cover, and refrigerate. After about 5 hours (overnight), carefully turn it out, peel off the plastic wrap, and decorate with sprinkles, cornflakes, gummy bears, or whatever else you like. If you like it fruity, you can use any fruit juice instead of the milk, or puree a piece of fruit and mix it into the mixture before refrigerating. The sky’s the limit.
