Gluten-free chocolate rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 12 tbsp oil
  • 50 g chocolate (chocolate drops) or other chocolate in pieces
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 600 g Flour, light, gluten-free
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Simply mix all ingredients except the egg, knead briefly until combined. Then form small rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Now whisk the egg and brush the rolls with the egg. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at about 170 degrees Celsius. Brush again with the egg after baking, DONE! Enjoy! 🙂 This batch makes 20-25 rolls, depending on the size of the rolls. These rolls always turn out well, which isn’t always a given with gluten-free baked goods. 😉
