Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g fish fillet(s), e.g. cod, pollock etc.
  • 2 onions, preferably red
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 carnations
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for the shape

Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced ​​onions in it. Arrange the bay leaves and cloves on top and pour in the white wine. Sprinkle the lightly salted and peppered fish fillets with lemon juice and place them on top of the onions. Cook in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 225°C for about 30 minutes. For very thick pieces of fish, the cooking time may be longer. I serve this with rice and a mixed salad.
