- ½ zucchini
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 shallot(s)
- 120 g fish
- some dill
- salt and pepper
- some turmeric
- some ginger
- some garlic

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Metabolic cure
Dice the vegetables and preheat a pan (with a little water, no fat!). Add the onion and vegetables and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Add a little water and dill and sauté the vegetables (add ginger and garlic later if necessary). Season the fish and sauté it in water in a second pan. Add the herbs, toss the fish with the vegetables, and enjoy. This dish has less than 200 kcal, making it perfect for the 21-day metabolic cleanse. You can, of course, also prepare this dish with other vegetables.
