Tortellini with 4 cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • salt water
  • 50 g butter
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 100 g cheese (Pecorino), grated
  • 75g Gorgonzola
  • 75 g Parmesan, grated
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some basil
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. Add everything to the pan and sauté. Add the diced mozzarella and Gorgonzola to the pan. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add the cream, stirring constantly. Be careful not to overheat! Season with salt and pepper. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and fold into the cheese sauce. Add the remaining cheese. Garnish with the herbs.
