Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, red and yellow
  • 75 g zucchini
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 150 g herb cream cheese light
  • some olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Place the cream cheese in the center of a baking dish. Chop the zucchini into small pieces and add it along with the tomatoes. Season, drizzle with a little oil, and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Then add the pasta and spinach to the baking dish and mix everything well. Nutritional information: 592 kcal | 72g carbohydrates | 29g protein | 21g fat
