Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 potatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the potatoes and cover the pan. Turn them occasionally until the potatoes are tender and crispy. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Season the potatoes generously with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Finally, sprinkle the feta cheese over the potatoes and fry briefly. Serve with a fresh salad.
