Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar, fine
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, combine the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix. Then add the ground hazelnuts and almonds. Finally, knead in the flour. Form the dough into logs (each approximately 3 cm in diameter), cut 1 cm thick slices from each, and flatten slightly with a fork. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for no more than 10 minutes.
