Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of ladyfingers, without sugar
- 1 cup of coffee, strong / espresso
- 8 cl Amaretto
- 2 cups of cream
- 3 bags of cream stiffener
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Place the sponge fingers in a dish and drizzle with cold espresso and liqueur. Whip the cream briefly, then add the cinnamon, sugar, cream stabilizer, and vanilla extract and whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and quark together and stir into the cream. Spread the cream over the sponge fingers and refrigerate for a day. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
