Bavarian cheese cream for Bavarian snacks
Cut the Camembert into small pieces. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Combine the cheese, onion, and garlic with the other ingredients and blend briefly with a hand blender. If you want to add caraway seeds to the cheese, add them after blending. The Obazden cheese should be made in the morning so it has a good marinade by evening. Garnish with onion rings or chives.
