  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp herbs, dried garden herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Power salad for hot days

Peel the cucumber and kohlrabi and slice them into thin strips. Sprinkle with garden herbs and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
