Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes, ripe
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and peel and finely dice the onion. Mix both in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for about half an hour until the juices have formed. Mix everything thoroughly again.
