Cauliflower in tomato sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano, shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil and add the garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Cut the cauliflower into florets and halve the tomatoes. Add both to the pot and season with oregano and salt. Cover and simmer over moderate heat for about 15 minutes. Add a little water if needed. Finally, stir in the parsley.
