Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 small mushrooms
  • 1 jar green beans
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 can of beans in tomato sauce (400 g)
  • 1 can beans (chili beans)
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

goes well as a side dish with everything

Slice the spring onions into rings and fry in a little oil in a hot pan. Halve the mushrooms and slice them thickly. Add them and fry briefly, then add a little water and sauté everything for a while. Drain the green beans and peas and mix in. Next, stir the beans into the tomato sauce, add some of the liquid from the chili beans, drain the remaining liquid, and add the chili beans to the vegetables. Bring everything to a boil quickly and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Cook the spaetzle, noodles, or rice separately and stir in as desired, or serve on the side. Goes well with meat.
