Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 650 g beef goulash or pot roast
- 2 bell peppers
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 500 ml broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions

prepared in a Roman pot
Rinse the Roman pot with water! Chop the vegetables and, if desired, the meat. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add all ingredients to the Roman pot and pour in the broth. Cover and place everything in a cold oven. Braise at 200°C for a good 2 to 2.5 hours. This goes well with pasta!
