Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 175 g double cream cheese
- 200 ml milk
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts (hazelnut butter, 100%, from the organic store)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- e.g. nuts or sesame brittle for garnishing

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the hazelnut butter is well dissolved. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes or place it in a bowl in the freezer for about 40 minutes, stirring vigorously with a spoon every 10 minutes. Garnish the ice cream portions with various nuts or sesame brittle, for example.
