Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g salmon fillet(s)
- 50g bacon
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 70 g zucchini
- 5 ml peanut oil or olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 70 g feta cheese or goat cheese or your choice
- 10 g Parmesan, grated

Low carb, ketogenic
Rinse the salmon, pat dry, and wrap it completely in bacon. Clean/wash and chop the broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the salmon, bacon, and the prepared vegetables to the pan. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and paprika. Cover. Shortly before the end of the cooking time (approx. 10 minutes), add the feta cheese to the vegetables. Then garnish and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the vegetables. Tip: For larger quantities, it’s best to cook the fish and vegetables in separate pans.
