Bolognese sauce with soy spirals

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (soy spirelli), e.g. from Rinatura
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g celeriac
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 240 g minced beef
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 pinch of thyme
  • Garlic salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion, celery, and carrot. Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, then add the onions and fry. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente (about 9 minutes). Add the celery and carrots to the minced meat and fry. Pour in the pureed tomatoes along with the water, season with the granulated stock, tomato paste, herbs, and garlic salt, stir well, and season to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with the pasta.
